Choosing a therapist can be a scary and intimidating experience. It is important that you find a person that you and your family feel comfortable. I hope that I can be that person. Understand that with most therapeutic situations there are not “rights” and “wrongs” but just differences in perspectives. The therapeutic relationship is based on trust and mutual respect. I specialize in working with couples, families and individuals including children. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, communication issues, ADHD and infidelity, therapy. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years.
